Terms for Rohi Gems product media, price confirmation, payment, shipping, natural gemstone selection, and order communication.
Photos and videos help buyers inspect natural gemstones, but color may vary slightly by lighting, screen, and camera settings. Fresh proof can be requested before payment.
Final price, certificate option, delivery charges, and payment route must be confirmed with the sales team before payment.
Domestic prepaid orders include free delivery. COD orders, when available, require delivery charges. International orders are prepaid only with extra delivery charges.
Natural stones may have matrix, surface character, inclusions, color variation, and individual shape differences. These natural features are part of selected-piece buying.
Orders are processed based on final WhatsApp/order confirmation, invoice details, stock availability, and payment status.
Rohi Gems may update terms, shipping, privacy, or return details when business operations or service routes change.
