Natural gemstones are unique pieces. Buyers should confirm fresh video proof, price, size, certificate option, and delivery details before payment.
Returns are considered only if there is a confirmed mismatch from the final agreed product details, subject to product condition and WhatsApp/order proof.
Returned items, if approved, must be unused, undamaged, and not altered, set, resized, polished, or changed after delivery.
Return shipping, if applicable, is handled as per final sales confirmation and support team approval.
