Refund & Exchange Policy – RohiGems

At RohiGems, we are committed to offering 100% genuine and natural gemstones. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
  • Only non-customized gemstones are eligible for exchange.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.
  • Products that are used, damaged, altered, or worn will not be accepted.

No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on any purchases once the order is confirmed and delivered.

Exception – Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

In such cases, we offer:

  • Replacement with the same product, or
  • Exchange with a similar product of equal value

Stone Testing Policy

  • Customers may get the gemstone tested at any certified laboratory.
  • The cost of testing will be borne by the customer.
