At RohiGems, we are committed to offering 100% genuine and natural gemstones. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
- Only non-customized gemstones are eligible for exchange.
- The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.
- Products that are used, damaged, altered, or worn will not be accepted.
No Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds on any purchases once the order is confirmed and delivered.
Exception – Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
In such cases, we offer:
- Replacement with the same product, or
- Exchange with a similar product of equal value
Stone Testing Policy
- Customers may get the gemstone tested at any certified laboratory.
- The cost of testing will be borne by the customer.
