At RohiGems.com, we aim to provide our customers with genuine and high-quality natural gemstones. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and simple return policy.

Return Policy for Loose Gemstones

1. 7 Day Return Policy – Full Refund

You can return your purchased gemstone within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.

Conditions:

• The gemstone must be unused and in original condition
• The product must include original packaging and invoice
• The stone must not be damaged, scratched, chipped, or altered

Once the returned gemstone is received and inspected, we will process a 100% refund of the product price.

Refund Process

• After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the gemstone.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable:

• Shipping charges
• Payment gateway charges
• Taxes or duties (if applicable)

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

• The gemstone must be in original condition
• It must not be set in any ring or jewelry
• The original invoice and packaging must be included
• The product must not be damaged or modified

Customers are responsible for the safe return shipping of the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect gemstone, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer either:

• Replacement gemstone, or
• Full refund

Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment

Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
Refunds will be processed after deducting payment gateway charges.

After Shipment

If the order is cancelled after shipping:

• Return shipping charges will be deducted
• Payment gateway fees may also be deducted

International Orders

Currently, RohiGems.com does not accept returns for international orders once the shipment has been delivered outside India.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID.

  2. Our team will provide Return Authorization.

  3. Pack the gemstone securely with all original documents.

  4. Ship the package using a reliable courier service and share tracking details.
