Only non-customized gemstones are eligible for exchange.

Products must be unused and returned with original packaging.

Used, altered, worn, or damaged items will not be accepted.

Refunds are not applicable once the order is delivered.

Exception: for damaged or defective products, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof such as photos or videos.

In eligible cases, we offer replacement or exchange only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Stone Testing

Customers may get gemstones tested at a certified laboratory.

Testing costs are to be borne by the customer.
