At Rohi Gems, we are committed to offering genuine and natural gemstones. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests must be made within 3 working days from the date of delivery.

Only non-customized gemstones are eligible for exchange.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Products that are used, damaged, altered, or worn will not be accepted.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any purchases once the order is confirmed and delivered.

Before confirmation, customers are encouraged to review product photos, videos, size details, and invoice information carefully.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

In eligible cases, Rohi Gems may offer a replacement with the same product or an exchange with a similar product of equal value.

Stone Testing Policy

Customers may get the gemstone tested at any certified laboratory.

The cost of testing will be borne by the customer.

Natural Gemstone Variation

Natural gemstones may include color variation, matrix, inclusions, surface character, and natural markings.

These natural features are not considered defects when disclosed through photos, videos, or product communication before confirmation.
